Spartan Drinking Company
For this drinking game with dice you need two dice and preferably a dice tray. You can play it with 2 to 8 persons approximately. Everyone has to roll the dice in turn and there are specific rules for each thrown number.
Requirements:
A couple of dice
Beer/liquor
Rules:
First of all every time someone throws the same number double you have to give away these sips to someone else. For example if you throw two sixes you can give two persons 6 sips or one person 12 sips. It is also possible that the players who receive the dice have to throw again to see how much they have to drink.
Possible assignments per roll:
3
“3 Man”
This player has to drink every time one of the dice shows a three.
4
“Whores”
Ladies and women drink.
5
“Assignment”
The other players choose an assignment for the person who rolled 5.
6
“Dicks”
Men and gentlemen drink.
7
“Categories”
The player who threw the 7 picks a category such as “car brands” or “famous painters” the players then go around in the circle saying items from that category, is someone doesn’t have any more answers they must drink. The rest continue until someone wins.
8
“Rule”
Make up one rule that lasts throughout the game.
9
“Before”
The player before the thrower drinks.
10
“Everyone”
Everyone drinks.
11
“Next”
The next player drinks.
12
“Choose”
Because this always a double six you can give them away.
Kings or Circle of death is a very common drinking game that can be played with 2 to 8 people. More than that will probably result in cheating and a bad overview of the game. The rules of this game can be adapted as you like. There are actually a hundred different versions.
Requirements:
A deck of cards
A ton of alcohol
Rules:
Put all the cards in a circle around on a table. Someone starts and picks a first card from the circle, then you have to do the assignment corresponding to the card. As said these assignments can be randomly chosen. If someone touches more than one card or breaks the circle they must automatically drink for that.
Possible assignments per card:
Ace
“Waterfall”
The Player who drew the Ace begins to chug or sip, so then does everybody else. When the person who picked up the card stops drinking the person to their right can stop drinking. When that person stops drinking the person to their right can stop drinking. This goes to the end of the circle.
2
“You”
The Player who drew this card selects someone who then must drink.
3
“Me”
The Player who drew this card must drink.
4
“Whores”
Ladies and women drink.
5
“Mission”
The Player who drew this card gets an assignment from the other players.
6
“Dicks”
Gentlemen or men drink.
7
“Categories”
The player who drew the 10 picks a category such as “car brands” or “famous painters” the players then go around in the circle saying items from that category, is someone doesn’t have any more answers they must drink. The rest continue until someone wins.
8
“Pick a Mate”
Pick a person to drink with you for the rest of the game.
9
“Bust a Rhyme”
The player who drew the 9 says a phrase, then the players go around in the circle saying phrases that rhyme with the original. No phrase may be said twice, the first player who can not come up with a phrase, or says a phrase that doesn’t rhyme must drink.
10
“Everyone”
Everyone has to drink.
Jack
“Pee card”
Only when you have a Jack you can use it to go pee. Otherwise you have to chug a beer.
Queen
“Question Queen”
Whoever draws this card becomes the “Question Queen”. Whenever they ask you a question, you must answer their question with another question, or else not answer them at all. If you answer a question with a statement, you must take one drink. This person is the “Question Queen” until someone else draws a queen.
King
“Rulemaster”
This person makes a rule when he draws the King and everyone else must follow this rule for the remainder of the game. For example: no more names, no pointing, lick the table before you drink, …
Joker
“Wild Card”
House rule.
Post other possible rules for the cards in the comments!
First you deal to every player 4 cards face down. Then you lay down a pyramid of cards also face down. The pyramid exists of 4 rows of cards. At the bottom of the pyramid there are 4 cards, second row 3 cards and so on.
Before the game starts every player gets time to look at his cards an to put them in order.
Once everyone is ready you start the game by turning over the first card of the pyramid.
If you have the card you can tell a player to drink or you can bluff and tell them to drink.
If they believe you they have to drink one sip for the bottom row, two for the second row and so on.
If they don’t believe you and you show the card they have to drink double. If they don’t believe you and you don’t have the card you have to drink double.
All the cards are turned over one by one and the row number is the number of sips you have to do.
Variations
Make the game longer by making a larger pyramid.
Make the game more interesting by giving more cards to the players.
Put down one drinking card face up. If this card shows up in the pyramid everyone has to drink the number of sips for that row.
Let everyone at the end of the game say up it’s cards in the right order and show. For every wrong card they have to do two sips.
So we went to Ibiza and made a really short clip about it.
We had sadly enough not a lot of material, but here is how it somehow went: drink, drink, drink, drove a quad, got amnesia, went home and had only this clip as a memory.
